Thanks for the great subs, Nya team!
I have a question, though. My Japanese is virtually non-existant, and sometimes I have a hard time understanding Matsumoto Jun's Engrish ^.^ What was it that he said in New York that pissed everybody off?? All I can understand him saying is "I never liked a..."
And, hey, what's "nya" mean, anyway? Is it the Japanese equivalent of us northerners saying, "Right?" in response to a statement we agree with?
Hee hee, thanks again. ^.^

If I remember correctly, he called his mother an "ass" (excuse my language ^_^ ).... I hope we're talking about the same episode here...

"Nya" is the sound of a kitty meowing in Japanese. Instead of "meow", the say "nya". And don't you think it sounds more cute to say "nya" instead? :)

I am in agreeance with Blue on this one. I seem to remember the line went something like, "I never really liked what that a--, I mean..."
Yah took us a few times to listen to it too. I cringe each time. I have Japanese students that can speak way better than that!!! >.<
And Nya is the Japanese version of meow. :)
Kawaii, nya? B)

Awesome, thanks you guys! "Nya" is much cuter than "meow" ^.^
