I fell in love with this musical the minute Hime showed it to me. I wasn't too interested with Kanjani 8 except for the fact that Ryo is a part of them, but knowing KAT-TUN was in it too was a must for me to see. I SO love KAT-TUN....well mainly Jin that is :P SO, knowing both my boys were in this musical I just had to help Hime with both translating and timing for some of the karaoke.

In this musical of course I got to claim my two boys. Jin is a bit on the lighter blue side, where as Ryo is on the grayish blue side since I couldn't have them with the same blue. We also gave KAT-TUN a blue-ish iridescent purple since Setsuna and I share the love for them equally. Kanjani 8 on the other hand has more of a green feel to it since Hime is the main one that loves them (she did try to add a bit of blue in it for the sake of me, but it just didn't work...owell, it's fine with me. As long as Ryo is blue. Hehehehe^^)

For CD1 I got to time Jin's "Queller", KAT-TUN vs Kanjani 8 "Nan ni naru", and Kame's "One night" & "Search".

"Queller" was a killer! You don't know how many times I listened to Jin's Jingrish over and over again! It was a nightmare! :angry: Thankfully though, Hime and I put our ears together and came up with what we thought we heard, or what we thought Jin would be saying (certain parts were too blurred even for my wolf ears). None-the-less, we were able to agree on the lyrics. I'd still love to find the actual lyrics though.... :)

"Nan ni naru" was fun. I really enjoyed timing Koki and Yuichi's parts. "One night" and "Search" was fun to do too. I really liked both songs so I told Hime that I would do them.

I think the hardest part of the whole karaoke thing was to guess the right kanji that they would have used. With kanji, especially with songs or poetry, there's never one way to write the kanji. It all depends on which version the writer prefers. I'm just hoping that whatever ones I came up with are pretty close to the original. :ph43r:

I downloaded this out of boredom only expecting to be amused by it and now I am completely and totally and unfathomably and forever OBSESSED. :D I always knew there was some vital piece of my life missing and now I have found it! n.n And now I am trying to find the songs seperately so I may put them on my mp3 player and listen to them always. Thank you for listing a few titles in your introduction, but, if it isn't too much trouble, could you let me know all the other titles and which groups/people sing them and possibly where I could find the tracks. <3 <3 <3 Thank you for your time! As far as I know there are no official title listing or tracks available on actual albums. I do know that there are ripped versions from the actual musical circulating though...just don't know where to direct you to.

The titles that I've listed are either those we got from the DVD chapters, what I found on some Japanese sites, or what we named for our convenience. If we ever find out the actual info though, we'll let you know. :)

I found a zip-file of mp3s someone ripped from the videos of all or almost all the songs in Dream Boys. I'm not sure where I got it from, I will look for it again and let you know where I found it. I also downloaded Dream Boys out of curiousity and became instantly obsessed. What is it about pretty boys and dance-fighting?

Yah. On our previous site I believe I mentioned that what we had released was just CD1. Hime and I are trying our best to get CD2 out ASAP as we speak. But then of course, it takes the back seat since we have other main projects such as Majo and My Boss My Hero. Hopefully we can get it out soon though~ ^^

just saw the first part, still dling the second one, i dont really know about kat-tun ^^" ( only know kamenashi from some drama ) but i enjoyed it! not because there are hot guys half naked /grin thanks a lot for the great work.

For those who can't hear the audio....

Try using VLC player. If you don't have it, you can easily download it from the internet for free. ^^

First and foremost, I want to commend and thank you guys for translating such a great musical. I definitely see the hard work all of you put into this. I'm just curious as how CD2 is coming along? Keep up the good work! :D

Script and timing is done. Now it's all about putting all the karaoke together at the end(concert part of the musical). We're working on it during our downtime inbetween our dramas.^^

If you're using VLC player, then all you need to do is to go to audio, scroll down to equalizer, then choose which ever one is the best for you. It works all the time.^^

If you're talking about CD2, then yes, it is the last part. CD2 has part 3 and 4. 3 is the ending of the story, and 4 is their concert, KAT-TUN vs Kanjani8 style. ^^

LOL...No, no. You haven't lost anything during download. ^^

I wasn't the one to encode it, but I do know we had problems with the sound prior to encoding. I believe that's how it was ripped from the DVD. I'm not too sure if RP and WMP have the audio functions like VLC, but the only way I found I could make the volume louder was with my VLC player.^^

Now that Hanadan is done, Hime and I are going to be jumping on it as soon as we can. But first we need to rest up. We've all been working our kitty butts off to the point that all three of us are majorly exhausted. >< So as soon as we feel rested enough, we'll be jumping on all our project. Of course that includes Dream Boys CD2 as well.^^ So don't worry. It will be done!!! :D

That would be in Part 4 on CD2 of DreamBoys^^ It's the concert part of this musical, and we're just about done putting the karaoke together for it. It's a total nosebleed! My two boys on stage together...what else could a fan ask for? ;) (HUGE fan of Jin and Ryo! ><)

can i just say that i watched jin's solo in part 1 for about 5 times already... not a BIG jin fan but i loved him there. definitely. and your sub was gift from heaven because when i watched it without subs i was like: "whaaat?! WHAT?!! what's going on?!!!"

i was worried as to where i am gonna watch the next CD with subs, but i just read from here recently that you're already doing it. wow!! you guys are amazing. and judging from your sig(BlueEyedWolf), i think that i'm gonna look forward for parts 3&4. (i love ryo big time.)
