The first time around it was straight up funny. The second time around was just as hilarious.

And OMG, the little things about a double meaning with Japanese words. The first time around I remember struggling with the word "waraeyo" which Doumyouji says to Tsukushi, and now it's a lot more clearer to me why.

It meanings either "laugh for me" or "smile for me". Even though it has a different meaning in English, it's the same thing in Japanese.

After going through this episode again, I realized that Doumyouji actually meant "smile", not "laugh". I only realized this when I was doing QC this time around, and of all scenes, at the very last scenes when Doumyouji has a flash back of his little episode with Tsukushi. I was wondering why he had a flash back the first time around.....and now I know why.... Only if I caught it back then T.T.....*wants to kick myself for being so baka><* Nya~!!

I LOVED THIS DRAMA! Matsu and Oguri was so good in here! You guys are doing a good job in subbing!

We're jsut re-editing the first version we did. Putting it on DVD quality and fixing the errors we had... that was our first foray into the world of subbing, so our n00b mistakes were quite a few... ^^;;

Well, not many hot Japanese guys come to our island either. They always end up going to Oahu (Honolulu) or Maui. The closest thing to a hot Japanese Johnny's (imo) who actually set foot on this island was KimuTaku. He was here back in April? of this year with his family on vacation. Only thing was, he stayed in Kona....totally on the opposite side of where the Nya! Posse headquarters is. T.T *we were SO tempted to drive over there just for a peek...but had finals coming up so we never made the trip*

But then again, he did show up in downtown back in 98....I remember driving down there with friends when I found out he was there, but of course we were too late in getting there. WAS SO SAD~!T.T

Yeah.. I went through a TM Revolution phase... maybe 5 or so years ago (omg.. can't believe he's like.. over the hill now xD). He came to Maryland to do a concert.. and by the time I found out about it, pre-regs were over.

I was like "OMGWHYME?!?!" And of course all my friends got to go and totally rubbed it in.

But.. I'm far over him now.. as he kinda looks really unnatural now... like Cher???

So... Tsukushi goes to NY! How interesting and funny will that be?!! I'm sure it will be like an "Oh it's just another thing I'm used to" thing for Domyouji and an Alice in Wonderland thing for Tsukushi. I can't wait. ^_^

Hime and I just finished watching it together, and she's transfering the raw for me right now. I'm jumping on transcribing and translating it as soon as I get home. I'll be working on it throughout the weekend too. Thank god school don't start till Monday.... :lol: hehehe
